Work of the Soul

On an energetic level I am instantly changed in my work with Mary.  Her Light, wisdom and High Vibration alone CHANGE me...Her Light and Heart transmit a healing to my inner being simply by being on the phone with her.  She is ever Present and enters that Sacred space with no distraction. She transcends the linear and connects profoundly with the Truth and Spirit that I am which elevates my connection to Divine.  The instant I started working with her and going INTO the energy centers of myself more deeply, I have found myself manifesting on a much faster and higher level and letting go of things much faster than ever before.  I am experiencing my Spirit more profoundly and focusing on what I want, Who I am, what makes me feel good... it is changing my LIFE.  I've done years of therapy and body work.. .and Mary's study of energy seems to take all that and Ground it into the deepest and highest place for me. To honor the child within and give her that FULL attention, compassion, ear...and have Mary be a Loving guide to parent her in a more Loving Light is unbelievable. I am that much closer to my Truth and therefore happier as I learn through Mary's guidance to become a better and more loving listener of myself.

Regarding the light transmissions that she does... it somehow expands my understanding of Who I am and makes me want to spend hours just Being in a meditative state.. .reminding me that ALL is WithIN. I find myself falling into a sort of soul journey where I can access ancient parts of myself when she guides me into that meditative state. All i can say is I am CHANGED by my work with Mary.  She is truly GIFTED beyond words in her healing work and I am beyond GRATEFUL.

First of all Mary is a wonderful guide. I have known Mary for many years and my first introduction to her amazing work was through her mapping technique. This opened me up to all kinds of things that I knew would require some emotional work if I were to begin.  In the summer of 2009 was when I knew it was time to begin. I knew deep down in the very core of me that I had to address the issues in my life that were holding me back from being completely myself in the world. My life had started to unravel, in my mid 40’s and I was not satisfied with many aspects about it, and there was this feeling that something had not been honored in me?

I found out through the work I did with Mary that I had basically abandoned my inner wisdom and my inner child. The inner child work that we have done together has been an amazing journey.  I cannot begin to explain the growth that I have experienced through our sessions together and in such a short amount of time. 

I cannot do justice to the value that Mary brought to my life, she showed me ‘how to’ value myself and give myself credit and gave me the tools which allowed me to go inside and rescue that little girl that I was, that teenager that I was and that young woman that I was. Having basically raised myself she gave me permission to own that reality and to trust in my experiences and to give my young self the respect that she had long deserved.

Through working with Mary I have begun to take the steps I need to really ‘hear’ my own inner voice and in so doing I am able to begin a new journey of self discovery and actually follow-through on steps towards realizing my own dreams and reaching the goals I am setting for myself.

Before Mary did this work with me it was difficult for me to follow-through on assignments that would have taken me forward in my life as something would hold me back.  But now I have been honoring myself by completing tasks that are important for my growth as a woman, as a business woman, even as a wife….and soon to be a mother.  None of those things would have been possible without Mary capably guiding me on my path.

Mary has many techniques that she uses within her sessions that enable you to grow and become truly who you were meant to be in this world. I am aware that we come into this world with our gifts and that many of us never get to realize those gifts and experience what they are for ourselves let alone be able to share them with the world, which I think, is very sad.

The more we go inside and recover ourselves the more we are able to honor ourselves thus we can share, helping this world be better. As we do better, we emanate that into the world. Mary’s work helping people do that is really important. I wish everybody could experience the joy of discovering oneself; Mary is an important element in that journey not to be missed. I hope everyone gives themselves this experience for it is invaluable.

Thank you Mary, you really are a treasure and thank god you did the work on yourself, enabling you to share your gifts with us.  Imagine not having you doing this work out there in the world; that would be a tragedy I believe.          ~Paula

I wanted to share with you the inner child work I have done with Mary Hoffman. I met Mary in December of 2008 after my  boyfriend had arranged for me to have a series of sessions with her. She happened to be in my part of the country (New Mexico) so I was able to meet with her one on one for the first several of my sessions. Then when she returned to California, it was so easy to work with her over the phone.  For those of you who have not met Mary yet, she is childlike in her appearance, a petite woman with warm brown eyes and a gentle voice. But, don't mistake her appearance as being anything but a loving and strong being who has helped many of us recover our mishappen childhoods making them whole, fun and guiding us through our 'adult' lives.

Through my sessions, I was introduced for the first time to the different aspects of my inner child... the vulnerable child, the angry child, the magical child. I learned so much about who I am now and how my childhood experiences have colored this. What is so wonderful and freeing about this work is that I finally get to hear all the things I couldn't or wasn't allowed as a child to say or feel.

No, I am not running around now as a wild child screaming my feelings to anyone in my vicinity. Instead, I am hearing what my needs are and how I can give those to myself and to the child that missed out on some vital things required for healthy development as an adult. It's like I am almost being able to recreate the Father I needed and the love I needed that was not available to me then.

This stuff really works. Mary has travelled with me into my these parts of me and gently and protectively helped me to land in a place where I get to not only change this stuff for me, but also create more space for me to give this to others in my life.

I have been able to understand the dynamics of my relationship with my boyfriend and see how our interactions are sometimes the different aspect of our 'children' wanting to get what they need from each other.

Also,one of my daughter recently went through a truly traumatic event of sexual violence. I immediately had her connect with Mary and she is working every week with her. I know that traditional therapy would not have worked with her. As a mother, I feel so much of my child's pain but I cannot take it away. But, interestingly enough, because I am working with Mary on my own stuff, it is bringing space and love to my daughter in a way I could have not done on my own. My daughter is healing and so am I. We are connected in a much more powerful and healing way through Mary's work.

So I encourage those of you who have not done this work to try it. It takes courage to discover who you the inner you is but in return you receive all the wonderful love and  joy you deserve. ~ Victoria
