| The inner journey begins when we turn and look within. I work as an Inner Guide and provide tools which can assist with removing that which is limiting or blocking you from finding your way home to who you truly are. When we take the inner journey we have the opportunity to become more loving, clear-seeing and wise. The inner journey and the path of transformation is the most important trip you will ever take. It takes courage to face into our own fears, losses, sorrow and pain. For this journey we may need to let go of our familiar defenses and beliefs that are no longer serving us. When we begin to sit with and allow our emotions to come forth we gain understanding furthering the process of self-acceptance and healing. Pain and suffering need to be mourned, honored and grieved so that healing can occur. On the inner journey there can be pitfalls and dangerous detours so having a seasoned guide helps us to keep moving in a positive direction, speeding the work, and reducing the dangers. The rewards can be great if we are willing to take the time to listen to our inner yearnings. Slowly we will find that we have walked into new and unknown terrain making room for breathtaking vistas.Transformation at the level of the individual is the one social action we can all take.
